Established in 1988, BRS CAPITAL INDUSTRIES is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Since inception we have been delivering Design, Engineering and Construction to major clients and industries in the U.A.E.
The strength of BRS CAPITAL INDUSTRIES has been built on foundation of consistently maintaining and developing resources able to deliver construction projects to the highest standards. BRS actively hires and retains experienced technical, engineering team and skilled workers assuring its superior performance in the present and into the future.
Under the guidance and leadership of our experienced management team, we undertake a variety of projects for a wide range of client. Our unique and flexible project management systems ensure that a positive outcome is achieved regardless of size or nature of the project. We depend ourselves on our experience, dedication, honesty and integrity which enabled us to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

OUR FOCUS
BRS CAPITAL INDUSTRIES focuses on quality, cost and schedule. Our staff are experienced and trained in performing all kinds of construction related activities. In addition, we have a network of subcontractors who have been screened and approved over the years. Controlling these key phases accelerates the project and guarantees top quality construction
QHSE - QUALITY HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
We hardwire quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) issues into every construction project right from day one, ensuring our outstanding track record on construction sites.
Quality, health, safety and the environment (QHSE) are a key part of the construction, commissioning and start-up phases of any project. They must be managed carefully in close collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers and other partners.
At BRS, we take QHSE at our construction sites very seriously and strive to meet the following objectives:
- Zero incidents
- Safe, secure and healthy working conditions for everyone who works with and for us
- Safe, high-quality and environmentally responsible products and services
- Responsible use of natural resources
On-site QHSE has to be hardwired into a project right from day one and continuously monitored throughout the entire project. Our Integrated Management System provides a comprehensive set of tools for steering our QHSE activities here.
To ensure that the right organisation, planning, procedures and systems are in place at all of our construction sites we focus on a wide range of QHSE issues at the planning stage of every project. These include:Identifying relevant legal requirements and other QHSE aspects
- Identifying project-specific risks
- Preparing project-specific QHSE concepts, programs and procedures
- Coordinating project-specific programmes and procedures with contractors
- Planning site management organisation (including QHSE)
- Conducting constructability reviews to optimise the construction process
Once construction starts, we establish clear lines of leadership and accountability – from site and construction managers through to individual supervisors. We also appoint dedicated QHSE experts to monitor our performance at all times and use KPIs, routine reviews and audits to further benchmark our QHSE performance at all of our construction sites.
To enable them to do this, management will ensure that appropriate management procedures and necessary training are made available to all employees.
